Return & Refund Policy for EverStyle Co LLC Thank you for shopping at EverStyle Co LLC. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all watches and accessories purchased on http://everstyleco.store. Return Eligibility We accept returns within **30 calendar days** after you receive your watch. To qualify for return: 1. The watch and all original accessories (box, manual, tags, warranty card) must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and complete original packaging. 2. Scratches, water damage, broken glass, bent case, worn straps or missing original packaging/tags will make the item non-returnable. 3. Custom engraved watches are NOT eligible for return or exchange. Return Process 1. Before sending back items, you must email us at support@everstyleco.store with your order number, photos of the watch and packaging to request a return authorization (RA) number. 2. Please do NOT send returns without an RA number. We may refuse packages without authorization. 3. After approval, we will send you the return shipping address. 4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the watch arrives defective, damaged or wrong item due to our mistake. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Inspection & Refund Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will send an email notification to you within 5 business days. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow **5–10 business days** for your bank or card issuer to process the refund to your account. Original shipping fees for your order are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Damaged / Defective Watches If you receive a broken, defective or incorrect watch, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos. We will arrange replacement or refund, and cover the related shipping cost. Exchanges You may request an exchange within the 30-day return window. Exchange shipping fees may apply. Final Sale Items Some clearance watches are marked Final Sale. Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
